I am an operating partner focused on improving performance in industrial and manufacturing businesses, particularly in complex, operationally intensive situations. I have over 25 years of experience across operating, Board, and investment roles.
Through Guild Hall Advisors, I partner with private equity, private credit, independent sponsors, and CEOs to drive margin improvement and execution in asset-intensive environments, across both large institutional platforms and middle-market sponsors.
My work reflects a COO and CFO lens, integrating commercial performance, operations, and financial discipline, including the use of data and analytics to improve performance visibility and decision-making. I focus on pricing and go-to-market execution, cost structure and operational efficiency, and aligning organizations to deliver against multi-year plans.
